Prenuptial Agreements
When it comes to a marriage break-up, it can be a very difficult and upsetting time. That’s why it’s essential your lawyer isn’t just someone who understands all the legal implications of divorce, but someone who also understands what you’re going through.
Our team of specialists in family law have extensive experience in helping individuals and families through these sensitive and traumatic times. They will provide calm and professional advice as well as genuine support and empathy. They are always sympathetic and approachable – two of the most important qualities you should look for in a solicitor when you are faced with the prospect of divorce.
We can also help with cohabitation and ‘pre-nup’ agreements which are increasingly popular.
We also have a lawyer trained in a Collaborative approach to divorce.
