Children Arrangements

Most separating couples try to ensure that the children do not suffer when their relationship breaks down and that arrangements are in place that give them as much stability and security as possible.

Sometimes it is not possible for the arrangements to be agreed and that is where we can help. Our team of specialist family lawyers has extensive experience in helping families through these sensitive and traumatic times. We will endeavour to help you reach an amicable agreement with your ex-partner over the arrangements, including who the children should live with and how much time they should spend with the other parent. We can also advise grandparents regarding their rights where contact with their grandchildren has broken down.

We will try to help you resolve any issues relating to the children in a non confrontational way as we recognise that this is in the best interests of everyone involved. We will also refer you to a mediator if we think this will help.

We offer a free 30 minute consultation during which we can assess your case and advise you on the best course of action and the costs involved. We are here to help, so please contact us.
