Qualifications – M.A.
Kit is a Partner who joined the firm in 2001 having previously worked for some of the larger London firms. He specialises in domestic conveyancing and all aspects of agricultural property law. This includes complex property sales and purchases of farms together with the transfer of the Single Farm Payment. He also deals with farm business tenancies, land registration and adverse possession.

David is a very experienced Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
He works in the residential conveyancing department dealing with the sale,
purchase and mortgage of all types of residential property.
He is a qualified Legal Executive. David acts for a wide range of sellers, buyers,
landlords and tenants. Before entering private practice David worked for the
Court Service and in the legal department of a large London borough.

Tracey White

Tracey was admitted as a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in the Summer of 2005
Tracey joined Butcher Andrews in February 2000 working in the residential conveyancing department primarily in a legal secretarial role whilst working towards completing her ILEX Level 4 Higher Law Diploma’s in Land Law, Conveyancing Practice, Contract Law and Planning Law.
Having completed her training she is now a member of our Residential Conveyancing team as a Legal Executive.

Paula Cole
Law Specialism: Residential Property
Qualifications: F.Inst.L.Ex.
Paula joined Butcher Andrews in 2012 to work with the residential conveyancing team.
She was born and brought up in Australia and worked as a paralegal with a large firm of lawyers in Melbourne. After moving to the UK, she continued her studies and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in (date). Paula worked for a number of major regional law firms in Norwich before joining Butcher Andrews.
She has wide experience in both residential conveyancing and commercial property matters, including house sales and purchases, commercial developments, agricultural land transactions and private and commercial tenancies.
