Partnership Formation

Partnership Formation
If you propose to go into business with someone, or if you are a sole trader now wishing to take on a partner, we can draw up a partnership agreement for you to cover the operation of the partnership and the individual responsibilities of each partner.
It is important to have a legal document when you work in partnership with someone, as the general law is vague and in many cases does not deal with the individual partners’ obligations and responsibilities in relation to modern day business conditions.
