Our specialist team can help you with the following:

    • Injury following a Road Accident. (RTA)

    • Accidents at work

    • Professional negligence claims

    • Medical/clinical negligence claims

    • Personal Injury Claims

Accidents happen, unfortunately. However, many of them could have been avoided and many are the result of someone else’s negligence, whether it be another road user, your employer, a local authority or a business. If you have sustained an injury for which someone else was to blame whether due to an accident or medical/clinical negligence, you can claim compensation both for the injury itself and for the resulting financial loss. Butcher Andrews can assist you. We have extensive experience in handling all types of injury claim, from relatively modest whiplash injuries to serious accidents leading to lifelong disability. Our Solicitors will discuss your claim frankly and sensitively with you and you will be confident in the knowledge that you will be represented by someone who has your best interests at heart. We are happy to take on cases on a “no win no fee basis” and can act if you have legal expense insurance. We are completely independent and do not pay referral fees to third parties. We will represent you professionally, powerfully and perceptively.
