Fiona works in our dispute resolution department.  She has considerable experience in representing claimant and defendant clients before the Courts; in mediation, through negotiation, at Arbitration, within Coroners’  inquests and before the Land Registry Adjudicator.  

Her practice includes: Debt recovery, insolvency, landlord and tenant claims, private and corporate boundary disputes, professional negligence, trusts, contractual disputes, personal injury and clinical negligence, building, development and landscaping disputes, disputes between family members, will and probate disputes and mental capacity cases.

As a Solicitor Advocate Fiona offers clients a complete service – from initial advice, to drafting pleadings, case preparation (including tactical considerations) and representing clients at hearings.
