Chris specialises in Commercial Property and has considerable experience of sales, purchases, business tenancies, secured lending and residential development work.
He often deals with more complex arrangements such as conditional contracts, option agreements and overage agreements.
Chris has long been recognised by the Legal 500 – the leading independent guide to the legal profession. The 2013 & 2014 editions described Chris as a “rising star” with a “strong commercial background and wide experience”. The 2016 edition referred to him as ”always providing first class service”. The 2017 edition commented that he is “very conscientious” and “always looks at every angle before providing good, sound advice”.
In addition, Butcher Andrews is recognised by the Legal 500 as a “Tier 1” firm for commercial property.
Chris lives in North Norfolk with his young family and is an active member of the Blakeney Players and Sheringham Golf Club.
